Applying to open a Merchant Account is easy.

 

  1. Complete the online application form, print and sign it

  2. Provide supporting documents to validate your business & your identity

  3. Send both your completed form and supporting documents to DOKU

  4. DOKU will issue you with a merchant account ID (MID) within 10 working days (terms and condition apply)

  5. Your DOKU Merchant Account will be set up and we'll email you to confirm when you can start accepting payments.
