Responsibilities:

  • Response, follow up and resolve all related mentions with customer service which posting at DOKU official account for Social Media networking.
  • Build and maintain engagement with DOKU community (follower & evangelist)
  • building customer loyalty but also to build DOKU customer service image.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree (S1), from any discipline
  • Min. 3 years working experience in Customer Service, Call Center or Walk in Center Operations from Fintech, Telco or Service Industry
  • Social Media skills
  • Basic Customer Service skills
  • Gadget skills
  • Communication skills
  • Social Media Networking skills
  • Creative and have a good attitude
