- Response, follow up and resolve all related mentions with customer service which posting at DOKU official account for Social Media networking.
- Build and maintain engagement with DOKU community (follower & evangelist)
- building customer loyalty but also to build DOKU customer service image.
- Bachelor Degree (S1), from any discipline
- Min. 3 years working experience in Customer Service, Call Center or Walk in Center Operations from Fintech, Telco or Service Industry
- Social Media skills
